Nexus Global Mission Inc., doing business as The Park (“The Park,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit parklearning.com, request sample lessons, create an account, communicate with us, or purchase or use The Park’s curriculum and related services.

  1. WHO WE ARE
    The Park is a children’s ministry curriculum operated by Nexus Global Mission Inc., a Virginia nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to contact@parklearning.com.

  2. SCOPE AND INTENDED AUDIENCE
    This policy applies to The Park’s website, forms, marketing, customer support, and online services. The website and services are intended for adults, including ministry leaders, parents, guardians, and church staff. They are not directed to children under 13, and children should not submit personal information through the website.

  3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
    • Contact and professional information, such as name, email address, phone number, church or organization, ministry role, and mailing address.
    • Account and transaction information, such as subscription, order, renewal, billing-status, and customer-support records. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers; we do not receive your full payment-card number.
    • Form and communication information, including sample-lesson requests, consent choices, emails, and other messages you send us.
    • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, and cookie or similar identifiers.
    • Marketing and privacy preferences, including email subscription choices and cookie-consent selections.

  4. SOURCES OF INFORMATION
    We collect information directly from you; automatically through cookies and similar technologies; and from service providers that support our operations, including HubSpot and Shopify.

  5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
    • Provide sample lessons, subscriptions, curriculum, accounts, and customer support.
    • Process orders, renewals, refunds, and other transactions.
    • Maintain our customer relationship management records in HubSpot and connect leads with later purchases.
    • Send transactional messages and, where permitted, ministry resources, product updates, and marketing communications.
    • Understand website and campaign performance, improve our services, and measure advertising effectiveness.
    • Run advertising campaigns; customer-list audience matching is not currently used for active advertising.
    • Protect the website and our users, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, and comply with law.

  6. COOKIES AND WEBSITE TRACKING
    We use CookieYes to manage cookie preferences and may use HubSpot and other approved analytics tools to understand website activity. Necessary cookies support core site functions. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only according to the choices available through our consent controls.

You can select “Consent Preferences” on the website to accept, reject, or change non-essential cookie categories. Blocking non-essential cookies does not prevent you from submitting a form or purchasing a subscription, but some analytics and personalization may be unavailable.

We do not currently use a Meta Pixel on this website.

  1. META ADVERTISING AND CUSTOMER LIST AUDIENCESThe Park is not currently uploading customer or lead contact lists to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or using customer-list audiences or customer-list-based lookalikes for active advertising. The separate advertising-permission form has been retired. This does not change your email subscription preferences or the cookie choices available through Consent Preferences. Existing consent records and historical advertising records are retained in accordance with this policy. For questions about previous sharing or to exercise your privacy rights, contact contact@parklearning.com.

We do not sell personal information for money. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, use of identifiers for audience matching or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” Cookie settings control browser-based tracking. To opt out of the use of your contact information for customer-list advertising, email contact@parklearning.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.”

  1. WHEN WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
    • Framer for website hosting and delivery.
    • CookieYes for consent management.
    • HubSpot for forms, customer relationship management, analytics, email, workflows, and attribution.
    • Shopify and payment processors for ecommerce, accounts, subscriptions, billing, and fraud prevention.
    • Meta Platforms for the limited advertising purposes described above.
    • Email, file-hosting, video-hosting, security, professional-adviser, and technology providers used to operate our services.

We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect rights, safety, or security; in connection with a merger, restructuring, or transfer of assets; or with your direction or consent.

  1. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
    We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing services, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and relationship.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  1. YOUR CHOICES AND U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
    You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. You may also ask us to access, correct, delete, or provide a copy of personal information associated with you, or to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. Depending on your state and whether applicable legal thresholds are met, you may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a denied request and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.

Submit a request to contact@parklearning.com. Include “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

  1. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
    The Park’s curriculum concerns children, but our website and services are designed for adult ministry leaders, parents, guardians, and church staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at contact@parklearning.com so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

  2. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
    Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those practices.

  3. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
    The Park is operated from the United States. If you access the services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

  4. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy and update the “Last Updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where required.
