Overview of Membership Services
The Park offers digital curriculum resources and related services through paid membership subscriptions. Access to content is provided on a subscription basis and managed through our ecommerce and membership platforms, including Shopify and affiliated service providers.
By purchasing a membership or starting a free trial, you agree to these Subscription & Billing Terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
Free Trials
The Park may offer a free trial to new members.
Free trials provide temporary access to select or full content at no cost for a limited period.
At the end of the trial period, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled prior to the trial’s expiration.
You may cancel at any time during the trial through your account settings to avoid being charged.
Trial eligibility is limited to one per organization unless otherwise stated.
Subscription Billing & Payments
All memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and are processed through Shopify and its integrated payment processors.
By subscribing, you authorize us to:
Charge your selected payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle
Store payment and billing information in accordance with Shopify’s security standards
Prices, billing cycles, and features vary by membership tier and are displayed at checkout.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information remains current. Failure to process payment may result in temporary suspension or termination of access.
Cancellations & Account Changes
ou may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will retain access to paid content through the remainder of that period.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
Plan upgrades or downgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the change.
Refund Policy
Because The Park provides immediate access to digital content, all subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Access to Digital Content
Membership access is granted to the subscribing organization only.
You agree not to:
Share login credentials outside your organization
Distribute, resell, or publicly share curriculum materials
Upload, reproduce, or redistribute content outside permitted ministry use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misusing content.
Platform & Third-Party Services
The Park uses Shopify and related third-party services to provide ecommerce, membership management, analytics, and payment processing.
By using our services, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms and policies of:

Payment processors used at checkout
Other integrated service providers necessary for account access
We are not responsible for outages, delays, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.
Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to memberships if:
Payment fails or is disputed
Terms & Conditions are violated
Account usage is abusive, fraudulent, or misrepresentative
Termination for cause does not entitle the member to a refund.
Pricing & Plan Changes
We may update membership pricing, plan features, or billing structures in the future.
If pricing changes affect your active subscription:
